Bridging Old Guard Values With Modern Leather Realities

About | Conflict Resolution & Facilitation

Community Support & Facilitation exists to provide a structured, ethical response to conflict within our community.

It is not a disciplinary court, not a public forum, and not a place for rumor or spectacle.

This work is grounded in Old Guard principles:

  • Restraint before reaction
  • Accountability without erasure
  • Privacy before publicity
  • Safety, dignity, and due process

Conflict is inevitable in any living community.

What determines whether a community survives is how conflict is handled.

Scope of Support

Through Community Support & Facilitation, individuals may request:

  • Community conflict resolution
  • Mediated dialogue
  • Restorative justice processes
  • Structured mentorship or correction
  • Boundary-setting when repair is not possible

The goal is harm reduction, repair, and continuity—not punishment for its own sake.

What This Is Not

  • A social-media tribunal
  • A call-out or exposure mechanism
  • A guarantee of reconciliation
  • A replacement for emergency or legal intervention

This process prioritizes process over performance.

How to Proceed

Community Support & Facilitation operates through clearly defined sub-processes, each with its own role and limits:

  • Community Conflict Resolution
  • Conflict Resolution Mediation
  • Restorative Justice
  • Formal Intake & Request Process
