Submitting an intake:

• Is private and confidential
• Requests process, not punishment
• Does not initiate public action
• Does not guarantee a specific outcome

What Happens After Submission

• Review and safety assessment
• Determination of appropriate process
• Preparation and boundary setting
• Engagement in mediation, restorative justice, or mentorship intervention

Important Notes

• Emergencies should not use this form
• False or bad-faith submissions may be declined
• Confidentiality is expected while the process is underway
