Submitting an intake:
- Is private and confidential
- Requests process, not punishment
- Does not initiate public action
- Does not guarantee a specific outcome
What Happens After Submission
- Review and safety assessment
- Determination of appropriate process
- Preparation and boundary setting
- Engagement in mediation, restorative justice, or mentorship intervention
Important Notes
- Emergencies should not use this form
- False or bad-faith submissions may be declined
- Confidentiality is expected while the process is underway
