Bridging Old Guard Values With Modern Leather Realities

Restorative Justice (Purpose)

Restorative Justice (Purpose)

Restorative Justice is used when harm has occurred and requires structured repair, not simply clarification.

It asks:

  • What was harmed?
  • Who was impacted?
  • What is required to repair the damage and prevent repetition?

Core Commitments

  • Harm is named clearly
  • Accountability is required
  • Repair involves action, not apology alone
  • Reintegration is possible when repair is honored

When It Is Used

Restorative justice is appropriate when:

  • Safety can be maintained
  • Accountability is possible
  • The harmed party seeks repair
  • The community seeks long-term stability

It is not used to excuse harm or bypass consequences.
